front springs? small block or big block rated?

Hey guys,

Need some advice. Still undecided on a drivetrain, looking at either LS# or a BBC. Question is if I go with the Hotchkis TVS, can I run the small block front springs even if I decide to go with a BBC (alum heads etc)? Anyone running this combination?

Even with aluminum heads on a big block Detroit Speed recommended big block springs to me. I think hotchkis recommends small block springs from recolection. Call them.
