Ok ive seen the threads talking about the manual to power steering arm swaps but ive heard recently that you can put a 2nd or 3rd gen power steering box into a 1st gen camaro??? I have manual steering now and was wondering if anybody has done this swap??? or knows some websites that go over it??
Thanks

This has been discussed in detail somewhere in the old forum posts. I put a 3rd Gen quick ratio steerin gbox in my 2nd Gen and only had to change 1 item: the high pressure hose needed a metric fitting, so I had a new hose made for about 15 bucks (nearly 15 years ago).
I vaguely recall that 1st Gens needed a different pitman arm, not sure if it is the 3rd Gen one or a different stock one? I think David Pozzi knows.
If your car is going to be used occasionally for any type of serious corner carving you might want to check into a cooler and a filter.

Nah not to serious of a corner carver just the 17x8's are a little tough on the forearms to turn at a stop you know. Ive been filtering through pozzi's site. I was just looking for someones site that says this is what you need and this is how you do it. If I got all my parts from a 3rd gen I guess I wouldnt need to get a different fitting hose???
