Car is a 68 camaro with small block making nearly 400 hp with tko 600 behind it. I have DSE coilover conversion with their uppers and lowers, sway bar, PS, and 13" Baer brakes front with 12" rear. Tires are 245 front and 275 rear on 17" wheel vintiques alluminum rallyes. In the rear i have DSE drop springs on a 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears. Shocks are adjustable Konis in front and some gas-adjusts out back but i just purchased adjustable konis for the rear. Car will see some street action but the goal is the best autocross set-up.
Question is: what do others recommends for shock setting on this car? DSE will only recommend "on the soft side". I have searched this forum and find only vague references to the same effect. Currently, i have the front full soft, should the rear be full soft as well? I understand some of the set-up is personal or car preference but i'd like to know what has worked for others on similar set-ups.
Thanks in advance!
