I just had a Trane XV95 installed in my home. IM happy that its so efficient but IM not to thrilled with the fan running all the time. More a sound issue for me.
My Brother installed it (and sold it to me) he told me the fan needs to run all the time to stay efficient by circulating the air. How true is this? It is running on the low speed not high.
I also ran an extra cold air return Via quiet flex to a far section of the home. Will an other run of quiet flex to a second bedroom help with the noise. The homes original lay out only has 1 cold air return running to the hallway via a short run of 12x36 duct about 5 feet long.
Last quetion What is a good price for the Trane vx95 80,000 btu down draft (blowing into ducting into the floor)
I got the 10 year parts and labor waranty also..
