Is $40K a deal? Clean donor car $25K, drivetrain $7K + labor and misc. Seems like you could do this car for $35K

This car was for sale at a classic dealer (Streetdreamstexas.com) last July. Initially was listed for 47K, then they increased the price to 54K...

I don't know how much they sold it for..
