I was wondering if anyone has built the engine Hot Rod did a few years ago calling it "the engine chevy should have built"? It is a 400 block done .030 with the ford I-6 rods and chevy 307/327 crank. A Comp roller cam setup, AFR heads JE pistons etc. etc. Reason I ask is I have a 400 block lying around and a set of AFR heads I picked up in a deal a few years ago. I googled it and read the article but would like to see if anyone has first hand experience with a setup like this. I am an old guy so be easy on me. lol.
