69 stripes- Width on hood vs. trunk

Trying to decided whether to have stripes done as factory, where they are closer and not as wide on hood as on the trunk or to make the trunk the same width and distance apart to match hood?

ANy comments appreciated.

I'm going to make mine the same width and distance as the hood. That's how I did my 68 waaay back in the 80's.

I think either will look good but, if I had to pick one I’d say make them match.

As long as you don’t do the stripes from the front spoiler, over the roof & to the rear roll pan. I don’t care for that look, I’d rather it look closer to the original stripes.
