Says He left the company last week. New gig is a video-based gearhead mag online. Won't be live for a few months, but there is a message board active now at www.CarJunkieTV.com (http://www.carjunkietv.com/).

Anyone know what Rob's position is on our niche of the hobby? We know all to well how Freiburger felt about pro-touring.

Kinnan has an in-utero '69 Camaro that appears about twice a year but by his own admission gets far too little attention. It seems he has an interest, but that other stuff gets higher priority.

I was hoping it'd be Smith.

Been following the rags for about 25 years. Altough Smith has some good points, I think he needs needs a leash on him. Glad to see he didn't he the reigns.

Spent the day with Rob the day before sema, was surprised to here that freiburger had left. I really like the direction Hot Rod has been going lately, hope Rob will keep it up!
