YES! Looks great! I wanted to see those 295-45-17's mounted on a 9.5 rim, looks just fine! Now I hope I can fit them under my lowered 69 Cutlass.
How do they handle?

The front tires are BFGoodrich g-Force Sport (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=g-Force+Sport&partnum=545WR7GFSP&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes&place=0). The car has a totally different feel compared to the 15 inch wheels it had on before.
Mr. Nick, they handle surprisingly well for being a drag radial. I was worried that the tires side wall would be to soft, but there almost as stiff as the BFG’s on the front.

I have the G-Force Sports on my Blazer Xtreme (255/50/16) and I agree, they are great.
I might go with a very similar set up as you this winter, money allowing!

That is one bad looking ride!:jawdrop:
Anything done to the rear tubs or lips to fit those things?

No mini tubs or rolling of the rear fender. That’s the nice thing about these 2nd generation Camaro’s, just stock wheel tubs with no rubbing issues front or rear. I still have about extra inch of clearance on the inside edge.

Nice ride Marc, the 17's changed to look alot. I wish I could fit 295's without modding the rear.....

That was the right fit for that car. They look like they were designed for it. Makes that Camaro complete!! :1st:

I keep wanting to get from here to where your car is. I love the looks of a nice 2nd Gen Camaro.
Latley I have been thinking of selling the car to get another LS1 4th Gen.
Pics like these make me second guess my decisions...

Those wheels look great. I've got a 73 that I really want to put som VWW V48's on, and I think those sizes look great.
On a side note, where did you get the closeout panel for the radiator? I like the way it looks.
You've got a great looking 2nd gen, and hopefully I can get mine there too someday.
