Dear all,
my good friend Ed has a 1964 Chevelle two door wagon with a 427 in it, I have for years tryed to talk him into doing an engine swap for a bigger engine like one of Shafirofs 598cid extended cruisers (standard deck) and the OM is now starting to listen.
We are indeed unsure if the intake setup will fit under the stock hood.
Could all of you with early Chevelles (64s and 65s) with big blocks and a standard hood let me know what intake carb and air cleaner you have or otherwise what you KNOW will fit??
