Well we have a 1969 Mustang here that has a 351W C6 combo(its not stock https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif ). Owner wanted stronger mounts so i got the prothane mounts(only company that makes them for the car). They say that they dont work with the Factory Hi-po manifold. Thats fine car has JBA shorty headers. I was told they would work.
Well the motors back in the car, went to put the headers on today and the driver side hits the mount, looked and changed a few things and still hits, So i called Prothane and asked them what headers fit with the mounts, they told me that they fitted 4 different headers and they fit, so i asked what brand they are, he doesnt know. He said he would look it up, and call me. 15 mins later he calls me back and says, we cant find what headers fit. https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif
So i asked him if i could get them to send me a few different sets of headers and i will take my time and see what fit and what dont and let them know, he said that he cant do that. I said ok, thats fine and have a nice day.
So if anyone wants to mess with a company that sells stuff and dont know jack **** about there products call Prothane.

Cliff notes: Im not too happy with Prothane right now. And i have a set of Hookers on the way.
