Ringtones?

Ok, where can I get ringtones for my phone? I have got some from AT&T, but they are not all the ones that I am looking for.
I am looking for (obviously) a safe site that doesn't screw up my phone or give out my number. What do you guys do?

What i do is buy a USB cable and download MPT and the phone software for your phone, Then plug your phone into your computer and resize the mp3. file of music down to 128kb (around 15-30 seconds) that you want to play when someone calls yous...then open your phone from the file that pops up when its plugged in, and if you have a razr (old version) its even easier, it has a folder labeled Music, then store the files in there, open your phone and go to the music file you put everything in and click set as ringtone.


Done deal!!!! Fast Cheap easy and no scamming either, i dont believe in free ringtones you have sent to your phone. And it plays the song not just a poly-tone bs. if you dont want to download these programs then feel free not to, but it beats paying $3 per ringtone.

EDIT: MPT stands for Mobile Phone Tools. Just google your phone model for software and MPT for that phone brand and model. Also to resize your mp3. files that you might get from a CD or limewire, just google mp3 resizer, you can cut clips out of the song and use them, and if the file is to big to be set as a ringtone then just compress the file with the same program (should be able to)

What phone do you have? If you have a samsung then you only need to down load one program. Samsung PC studio 3.

you can actually make your own ringtones, they send you a link via a text message and you download it that way, you can make ring tones up to 40 seconds i believe...ive used it for about 2 years and never had a problem...i use the free version of it to...takes a little while but its free

I have a bluetooth adapter on my computer, and I make the ringtones using Nero, saving them as mp3's. Then I just send the file over to my phone. I have a RAZR.

Thanks guys, I have a razr, the old one. Where can I get a usb cable for the phone, or a bluetooth for the computer? & I will check out the mobile17 site also.
