Can someone make me a logo and banner?

Ok guys with the graphic design skills. I need a logo and a banner for my company so I can sponsor great sites like this one. My proposal is to offer you the best discount I can on any parts you may need that I can get. I can get a great deal more than what I have on my website. Or if that's not good enough, I'll pay you outright. Only problem with that is I honestly don't have a lot of money to spend. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something simple and easy to read. It must look good of course. If you're interested let me know and we can work on the details. Thanks
