Stroked h/c/i LS1, LS2 h/c/i, or LS3 c/i?????????

I'm building a 68' camaro (street/show car), I am budgeting about 15k for motor, tranny, and accessories. I need help trying to decide what engine combo to go with. What would be my best choice when comparing hp and prices? Here are my combos so far.

LS2 crate motor with the following mods and a new t56; http://www.popularhotrodding.com/tech/0611phr_ls2_modification/

Used LS1 and t56, stroked, with heads, cam, intake

LS3/L92 crate motor cam, intake, and new t56

LS3 would be different.. personally I would go that route on the budget you have. Detail everything and you should have a real nice engine.
