There lableled L2165 030. I know that there for a 327 motor and its .030 over with 4-valve flat top, but who makes it and are they forged or hyper or cast?
Also can 327 pistons be used on a 350 block since there bore is the same?
Thanks

Iam not totally sure,so Iam taking a stab here, but from what I came up with is there 1962-69, 8 cyl, 327 cid, standard engine, std, .030, .040 pistons and I believe there TRW brand.Though I think there a cast piston..Iam not really sure though.
Here is the reference that I found.

327 won't work in a 350 due to pin height difference. It does sound like a TRW piston and all forged ones I've seen had an F after the number (L2165F) so with no "F" I'd say it's a stock cast 327 replacement.

Thanks, I have a large main journal 327 block, can i use a 350 crank, rods and pistons in it or will the crank not clear the block?

You will have to see but relieving it will be risky.

I gotta say that a 327 piston can be used in a 350 block IF the 327 engine's rotating assembly is used!!
You can't use a 327 piston w/ a 350 crank!!! Sucker will stick outta the top of the block about an 1/8"!!!

What about a 350 piston with a 327 crank? I have a 327 large main journal and rod crank and want to use 350 size pistons. Can i do that?
The block is a large main journal 327 out of my 69'

then the piston will be way down in the hole. You have to match the rotating assembly (crank) with the pistons. You can build a 327 or a 350, but cannot mix and match between the two. I guess you could use a 350 piston on the 327 crank, but you'll have a major compression drop, lousy quench, etc.
