Mark Bowler of Bowler transmission has been kind enough to let me field test a new bracket and linkage correction kit which they are manufacturing for overdrive transmissions. I will not be able to install it for a couple of weeks but recieved the package Monday. The bracketry is very sturdy, I'd say (haven't acctually measured) about 1/16" stainless steel. It comes with the proper adapters for a round end, sqaure end, or Lokar throttle cable, it also comes with a new factory style TVS cable, and the angle correction linkage for the TVS to fit the carb you specify. Everything is high qaulity and the instructions are very easy to read and understand. The bracket mounts on the rear drivers side carb stud and has small detents or legs to keep it from shifting around at all. I'll post pics and my impressions with it's functionality after install in a few weeks.
