Which firewall holes to fill in?

So the time has come to fill in some little holes on in the firewall. Based on the info in my signature, what holes can I fill in? I'm thinking the hole for the clutch rod, the speedometer cable hole, and some hole that wasn't on the old firewall; a little square one right above the hole for the steering column.

I think the square 1 was for the wiring ?

The big square by the master cylinder is for the fuseblock, but there is another little small square on about the size of a dime and it is set on an angle right above the hole for the steering column. The notch is there on other firewalls I've looked at, but the square hole wasn't there.
