Well I've been lurkin for a while looking for more info that would help me with my project.
About a year ago I found a 72 Vette with a 454 and 4spds near my house for sale and took it home.
I dismantled it and I'm at the point where the rebuilding is starting.
I have a new roling chassis and installed some gussets to reinforce it.
Next is to make a better steering and suspension "while I'm at it" (theres a lot of while I'm at it!)
Put the biggest tires I can cram under it.
Anyway lots of plans and you guys along vette sites are helping me with youre ideas.
Seems here that everybody's naming theyre project.
Well if I'm going to name it it would most probably be "Irrational"
Because when I went "to see" the car it was irrational to buy it.
At the price of gas it's irrational to drive something like that.
It's irrational to have that money sitting in a garage.
Well everything about this project is irrational.
And that's the way I like it!
