so I was thinking of selling off my rear end and getting a moser 9" housing but didn't know if it would benifet me and if i could swap over my baer 12" brakes. #2 I have a good setup on my 12 bolt and didn't know if the Ford 9" was much better in handleing power.

The 12 bolt is a good rear end. It can be made stronger with the right parts. If you want to swap to a 9 inch then you can use your brakes again if you order the housing right. The caliper brackets will need some slight modifications to fit the 9 inch. I am a Moser dealer so I can help if you need it.

well everything on my rear end is listed in my sig. I have moser axles, and moser 1350 yoke. I think I have a pretty good setup i believe it could handle 500-600 hp but if not i might switch up to a moser 9"

Your 12 bolt will take more then you might think. The days of 9" being stronger then a 12 bolt are behind us unless you are considering a Locker (yuck) and 35 splines. A new Moser 12 bolt housing has improvments over the original, and the original 12 bolt is not bad if it is beefed up.
If I was upgrading, I would do a 33 spline Tru Track 12 bolt any day over a 9". A moser 33 spline 12 bolt is what we are putting in Lisa's Project EmptyNest.
I have a lot of customers that sell their original rear to resto guys that beed dates abdnumbers for $1200 to $2000, and then we order them a built to specs Moser 12 bolt. I just had a customer sell a original 3.55 posi for $2000, and it only cost him $400 to his door to upgrade to a complete ready to go NEW 33 spline, 3.73, 1350 Yoke, Performance cover, New Moser housing. It often turns out to cost less money to upgrade selling your original then upgrading your original with new guts.

Well, I was posting while you were posting.
Seeing your upgrades, You should be just fine. I have these running in many Pro Touring member cars with more power then that. If you were dead hooking it ever run at the dragstrip, I might think about upgrading. But foir a street tired car, that may drag race occasionally, your fine.
Don't waste the money.

I have a 12 bolt Moser and have about 650hp. I haven't had any problems or concerns with it. And I drive my car pretty hard. I believe it's the same one Frank is putting in Lisa's car.

Yea, that 12 bolt should be fine. As long as everything is in good condition I don't think you will have any problems with it. There is one thing that many people over look with the Eaton posi. If the clutches are not shimmed right then the gears could break. When the clutches wear it allows the gears to move farther apart, which makes them run closer to the tips of the teeth. This makes the gears weaker, so the clutches need to be kept tight. If a car is run hard then the clutches (and other rear end parts) need to be checked every year or two, just like checking valve springs and rod bearings.
