I would like to give my car the proper stance first....engine and bodywork will come after.
Anyway....I'd like to put the new C6 rims (18X8.5 Front...19X10 rear) And also want the C5 or C6 Brakes and suspension.
Has anyone done this on a budget?
Say I had the Brakes/Suspension and rims/tires,.... is there a kit that allows the use of the stock subframe but has Weld-on mounting provisions for the C5 or better yet C6 suspension and brakes that will give the car the proper ride hight and allow the wheels to fit without clearance issues? I know the rear will need to be tubed to fit.
Or is there a aftermarket subframe that would allow the use of the stock Vette front suspension cradle? or is that too wide?

Any help would be great.
