Anyone know if simoniz no.7 (heavy duty use) rubbing compound is still made. I can't find anywhere. If not who makes something compatible. I am looking for something aggressive. I just wet sanded something and regular compound doesn't cut the sand marks.- Thanks

I've had very good luck with the 3M liquid rubbing compound, but this was after a final wet sand with either 1000 or 1500 grit. Not sure if this was the type of regular compound you were speaking of or if this is any more agressive than what you already used.
Also, what was your final paper grit? (just curious)

Good luck

I'm no expert but I have a bottle of 3M too and it seems to work good for me.
