Earlier this morning I got my new wheels and tires! :bananna2:
I ordered them from Frank at GP Superstore on 14 Aug and they showed up today! That's PDQ considering it took almost two months to get the Intro wheels that are on the car now!
Anyway, here's a pic and as soon as I get them on the car I'll add some more!

Merry Christmas....
Yeah it is! According to my wife every day is Christmas for me! :santa3: I have no idea what she's talking about, it's not like I get stuff in the mail every day! Well, maybe every other day, but still!

Ok, I finally got a chance to take a pic of the wheels installed...
19099
Of course, my wife likes chrome everywhere on everything, so to her, it looks "ok" but to me, I'm lovin' it!
And by the way, I took the pic right after it came off the jack stands so the front end looks a bit higher than it should.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the comments! And yes I'm driving it to RTH3. We're heading out tomorrow morning around 8 or 9. It's only a 5+ hour drive.

Looks fantastic. Now why don't you tell everyone the truth that they were SUPPOSED to be for the other car! LOL! But now Herb is telling me he needs another set!
I love that car since I seen it last year at RTHs, now I like it even more.
Were leaving for RTHs tomorrow night, fixing to fire the Monte in a few minutes. See ya there.
Congratulations.

True, the Forgelines were originally intended for the Chevelle. But since it's on jack stands and the engine is on a stand, it made perfect sense to me to put them on the Elky for a while, which quickly became permanent!
Thanks for the great service Frank! Have a safe trip, we'll be leaving here in a little while.
