Welcome to the site! Beautiful car! Were you at the XV Motorsports Open House a few months ago with it?

Nice ride, I am working on something similar at the moment. A couple questions, whose bell housing did you use to mate the 4L60 to the hemi? Also, what size are the rear tires?

Welcome, I have seen his car, it is super sweet. Between you and Mr. Angry, there are some nasty Chargers over the bridge in NY.

Welcome Pete. That is one gorgeous pro-touring car. If you hurry, you can have the world's first paddle shifted Charger. XV's working on one and it looks like Billy Big Block is thinking about it.

Welcome. It's always nice to see more pro-touring mopars on here. Gorgeous car. Very clever to have the seats done up to mimic the factory pattern. Hope you have more pics because I'll definitely take em

thanks guys for the comments. i have done allot to the charger, so far i have either modified or changed everything except the dash frame in the car. my seats are corbaeu gtIII and had Mccoys in woodside recover them and pattern them after the originals. the gauges have been reworked by redline in cali. the motor is stock 6.1 hemi with a program flash from b&G the trans is a keilser 4 speed auto with a 2400 stall. the rear has 3:91. suspension is hotchkis front sway bar edlebrock shocks, tubular upper control arms, eaton rear springs and bear brakes front and rear with a hydroboost. the car works real well together. i will post more pics

You guys have no idea how nice this car is until you actually see it in person. It was not only a well thought out car but the execution is simply EXCELLENT! It is truely a top notch build as Pete's attention to detail on every aspect of this car is dead on. I take my hat off to him as he has one VERY sweet ride on his hands.

Congradulations and enjoy your new toy in good health.

cool charger! nice to see that warner bros didn't paint ALL of them orange.
the scene on LI seems to be still very healthy. I'm an expatriate from farmingdale, left 12 yrs ago, spent plenty of time on hempstead tpke and got royally spanked once on DPA from a ZR-1. I miss the cruising but don't miss the taxes.

i believe with Mopars like that, there is no excuse for the cragar and hoodscoop wearing ones we always see in magazines.
welcome to the board. its friendly to the newbies here.

thanks guys.. im learning and tuning my ride each day. fixing one thing and braking another. for the most part i can drive my car anywhere and everywhere. all it does it take time and lots of it. i love your rides here, but i will have to say the magazines have not spent too much attention on us pro touring guys. it seems like the rest of the car world is missing the boat. i have a hard time getting any mopar magazines interested in my ride. and after seeing some crap they write articles about just kills me. So with that said any of you guys have any hooks with poeple at popular hot rodding? these guys seem to be on their game....thanks for all you comments. i will try and post a video and see how she sounds. and handles.... so decided to do the paddle shifters. with my new suspension, power plant and now shift on the fly, i am simply amazed at the performance of the car... i will be going to the track soon quarter mile to see what she runs. i think the car is in the 12's somewhere i think mid to high. Then i will be going to roadracr the car and dial the suspension in more. i will keep you guys posted. Pete
