My wife picked this up at a yard sale, wondering if it is worth anything?? She paid $5.00 for it. Only markings are "MADE IN USA"

Any ideas?

I think that's a Farmall M. It's fairly old (duh) but what makes that one unique is the springer seat. That means (to me) it must be older than 1960. They quit making the Farmall in 1952 so it's likely at least that old.

I have a John Deere pedal tractor I got for my third birthday in 1973, and my dad has a real Farmall M so I kind of know what they look like. My buddy the pedal car expert is unavailible for this sort of stuff due to a stroke a few years back. People into pedal tractors aren't really into the internet so Google is less than helpful too.

Good luck.

If it is metal, it has value. Definitely more than the $5 she paid for it.

Thx guys, I poked around on Google, didn't find much. I guess I'll just hang it up in my shop.

OP's is older than that. Note the cast in seat boss (sans spring).

That's a Farmall 400. They made more power and were heavier.

Holy crap! $150.00 and it has 5 days left. Thanks for posting it! I've got it on my watchlist.
