Do a search over at team Camaro. I believe David Pozzi found one, I think it was for a Ford Pinto.

Cheapest GM MC with a 7/8" bore I could find was off of 1976-1980 Monza/Skyhawk/Sunbird/Starfire. It's for a disc drum setup, but IIRC you can remove the residual pressure valve from the port for the rear brakes. AC Delco #18M79.

The 1978-1983 Mustang/Zephyr MC with manual brakes is also a 7/8" bore and fairly cheap...AC Delco #18M116. This may be the one MarkM66 is referring to in the previous post. This is a disc/drum MC as well, but the same applies as before with removing the residual pressure valve. There seems to be some confusion on Napa's site with respect to this application...but it should at least get you pointed in the right direction.

I wish I had flange dimensions for ya, but can't help there without ordering them and taking a look.
