Just think, when they come out with 40s this year at SEMA, you'll already have the lift you need to fit them on that car!

You know, I saw a Donk today that I acutally liked. It was a stock height late model monte carlo SS with 22 inch geovanna wheels. BRIGHT yellow. The car looked just like one of your typical jada toys "big time muscle" cars only not dropped to the ground. The car was perfect. Straight clean and sounded awesome. too bad about the stance, but at least it wasn't 4x4ed like that one. Maybe they are learning. One can only hope.

That body style is refered to as a "box Chevy" where I am in south Florida, A "Donk" is a Cutlass, Monte etc with sloping trunk back and a "Bubble" is a 90's style rounded Impala, Caprice etc They're mostly refered to with those terms after a lift kit and 20" or bigger wheels.

LOL, I would pay money to see these things roll on a 200 ft skid pad! I think it would beat the drag racing donk where the wheel fell off and beat the car down the strip.

i was actually at the local 1/8mile track a week ago and saw a bight metalflake purple 70's impala with what had to be 26" wheels pull off a low 8 in the 1/8. it had a big block, nitrous and a bunch more goodies. when i asked him what he had done to it he promptly told me that it had a "big shot" and and "big block" they love their donks down here in Miami. I drove through south beach, in miami beach this past saturday night and there was a late 80's cadillac that had actual step bars on it. it truly is a whole different way of building 'em.......to each his own
