There are people putting F-Body LS1 Radiators and fans in 69 Camaros..

Just wondering what years are you using.. I want to buy them now before I get the engine so I can fab up some brackets while the front clip is off for body work..

Thanks

98-02 should be the same and that's the only years for the LS1

i going to buy a 98-02 ls1 aluminum radiator (no plastic tanks) and have brackets welded to the sides like a stock rad. that way i can drill my core support and mount it like the old one.

i just scored some nice 00 ls1 fans for $80 on ls1tech.

add a new aluminum rad for $399 and you have a sound cooling system for around $500

the radiator listed on ebay is for an automatic with a trans cooler. im sure a 6 speed rad would cost less. also you have the provision for the steam relief. so no drilling into your water pump.

with cheap OEM fans, the whole set up could be had for about the cost of the afco ls1 camaro radiator. you might possibly need to relocate the battery to the trunk. no biggie.
