-Accel 375+ Multi-function module (window switch, timing retard, rev limiter)
-"built" 4L60E with Vigilante 2800 converter with 5-disk lockup clutch

Welcome aboard, and nice car! I owned a '96 DGGM SS from '98-'00. Even though I traded it in almost 8 years ago, I still miss it. The B-body was an awesome platform!

'Nice car' is an understatement

I'm a member on the Impala Forum also

DGGM 96 is my somewhat daily driver, someday I want a stroker too

Yeah, I know...but what do you expect? It's just a taxi cab. Hey, at least it gets bad gas mileage. :)

Mick - Thanks for the welcome. It's nice to see other fat car owners here! Ummm... I mean the car is fat, not the owner.

oh my and it's a burgundy one, too. That is my second favorite color on the ImpSS. Have to give my nod to the Green-gray ones. I tried to convince my dear ole mom to get an ImpSS instead of one of the new ones. She wouldn't listen. So much for saving her some money and getting her to drive something cooler than an 02 Imp. She did like her 02 a lot though. She even replaced it with an 07 earlier this year. Awesome car you've got, Terry. Welcome to the site.

Thanks Trey! BTW - The color is "officially" Dark Cherry Metallic, or "DCM". I have several friends with the Dark Grey Green Metallic (DGGM) paint and they are pretty sweet too.

I forgot to include my most favorite pick of this car in action:

Take note of the signs in the background.
