Hello, Im sorry to even ask this question because I know it has been beat to death, but I cant seem to find a straight answer. I have a complete but totaled 2000 camaro with the 12'' disk brakes. I want to swap the brakes into my 1970 chevelle both in front and rear. But I cant figure out if I can use any other parts besides the obvious (rotors, calipers)? can I use the facrory camaro mounting brackets(front/rear), or the camaro booster and master cylinder? will the chevelle system work?. I also know that I will need a aftermarket proportioning valve, but what other problems will I run into? Id like to swap the whole parking brake system. Can somebody also recommened a quality set of mounting brackets if I cant use the factory setup. Your help is very appreciated. Thank you

P.S. I have a lot of parts from this car that im trying to get rid of....complete dark grey dash, 4l60e trans 80k (keeping motor), airbags, some interior, headlights, wheels. I will post up later in the "for sale" area. I live near seattle washington if interested.

call and speak with Phil Brewer. I'm sure he can help you. I know that His mounting plates allow you to use the e-brake assy from that camaro.
