351 Cleveland 2V

I just hauled a '48 F1 home as a parts truck for my '49. It has a 351 Cleveland 2V in it with an auto. Is this motor worth anything? I don't plan to use it as it will require rebuilding but I hate to just toss it if someone can use it and/or the trans. I haven't pulled any numbers off it but I will be stripping the truck in the next week or so and can get the numbers then.
