I just picked up my Hurst shifter reverse light switch - now I have to fab up a cam on the shifter( th350) so when I engage the shift selector and it hits the switch , the back up lights should come on. I know Painless has a trans pan mounted switch but I didn't want to use it - I'd prefer something on my shifter... anyone done this? I should mention that of course everything was removed by the previous owner( linkage, rod, etc) . I'll just be tapping into the 2 wires ( lights and power ) . Any tips/advise , thanks.
