I have been looking at brake kits and I would like to go with a 6 piston setup on all four corners. I know it's probably not needed but I like to do things "all out". :)
Wilwood has a 6 Piston Caliper (Part 140-7019) that fits the 67 Camaro. It looks like the Wilwoods are going for $1,800 front / $1,800 rear.
When I was looking through Baer's PDF Catalog (Ugh!!) I couldn't find the 6 piston caliper for a 67 Camaro.
I am sure Baer offers this setup. Does anyone else run 6 pistons on all four corners? If so, please post what you have and your setup. I am open to suggestions.

I have the DSE subframe in front with Corvette C6 spindle and have BAER monobloc 6S (6 pistons) on order. The rear is a little expensive for me right now, since I have Currie 9 inch in back. Call Tybrne Motorsports and talk with Nicole. Tybrne was running a great sale back in June. Much lower than other competitors.

The Baers will be a HELL of a lot more money. If you really want 6 piston F and R Baers, contact Jason at G Force Design. He put Baer 6 piston F and R on Fuel and wants to change them to Wilwoods from us. So he will sell his Baers.
Or if you want Wilwoods, get with us for a total car brake package. No one has our complete kits, and pricing is killer.

BYW, the 140-7019 is disconitued and there is a new radial mount 6 piston set up now that replaces it with much improved wheel clearance.
Also. on advantage of doing Wilwoods is the 4 piston rear caliper looks exactly like the 6 piston claiper. Six pistons in the rear is no good.

I will also vouch for the Wilwood six piston set up. Looks killer, performs killer, and fit easily behind my 17" rim. I was suprised how light the kit was for being much bigger than my stock brakes. Upgrade your master cylinder for added line pressure if you go with the 6 piston set up. I would also look at going with Frank at Prodigy as he will make sure you get everything you need; he helped me out with brackets and lines. Everything I have ordered from him has worked perfect and at really good prices.

1967/9 F-body with stock spindle, 6S, Baer part number: 4301083
Same as above with ATS spindle: 4301159
FWIW... using 6 pots on all four is a waste. Not to mention that you will have to bias ALOT of the rear out of the system. If you like doing things "all out"... purchase a system for your chassis that works, is balanced and that doesnt scream... "huge waste of money".

I talked with Frank from Prodigy today and we came up with a complete brake kit that will be awesome...
- Wilwood 6P Front / Wilwood 4P Rear / Red Calipers
- 14" drilled/slotted rotors (if they will fit - need to get specs on my wheels) / Wheels are 18" Billet Rallys.
- 7" Stainless Power Booster w/ Wilwood MS
I think I have my mind set on Wilwoods... :)

Depends if you buy retail. Tbyrne Motorsports is running a GREAT Sale on Baer and Wilwood brakes. Although, their website lists the retail price. You need to email or call Nicole to get their sale price. http://www.tbyrne.com I bought the Baer Front Claw System (Extreme Plus) which includes Baer 6S 6 Piston Caliper, 14" (2 Piece) Rotor, Cross drilled, Slotted & Zinc Washed. Also with Baer you can custom order the options for example a different color or even polished.
