The plan started out with commitment to stick within a limited budget. Knowing Bill, that plan went out the window after the first week when he had to have those Forgeline rims. I do give him props though. He does drive his cars. :wrc:

Here's a Bill story:

At Year One this year, he came driving up in that ole' beat up GTO of his. He got out and hung out and chatted for 30 minutes or more. With the GTO sitting there idling the whole time. Then he jumped back in the car and drove away. He probably had the A/C running too. :)
