We are going through a phone outage in our building due to a decent thunderstorm that happened last night. We cannot get a dial tone which means no order can be placed, shipped or checked on.

We hope to have this issue fixed by close of business tomorrow.

Remember remote call forwarding is your friend. It eliminates issues such as this. You simply forward it to your cell phone, even if it is out of service, since it is remotely done.
