Finally after 3 years of driving my sister's honda accord I have a good running reliable vehicle of my own!
06 Chevrolet crew cab. 5.3 fully loaded and 16,000 miles.
I'm cheap and I wanted to retain the factory ride so I went with 2" spindles and some custom stuff in the rear. I did an axle flip to get me 6" of drop and a shackle reversal for 2" of lift to net me 4" of drop in the rear. Worked out well and only cost me $36.91 to lower the rear. https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif
New spring hangers for the shackle reversal:

Hangers, U-bolts, plates, and spring perch:

Hangers on the truck:

And the end result. I might end up building a bit longer shackles to lift the rear and also get rid of the slight chevy lean. Thinking about helper bags too but im not sure yet.

The only other modifications I have planned are color matching the bumpers, door handles, and the mirrors. Let me know what you think.
