WOW! better than I expected

It's painted! I just about crapped my pants when I went in the booth! Needless to say, I'm extatic. I guess you know how I feel now. Don't feel bad if you don't agreehttps://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2006/06/lol-1.gif To each his own but I love it. I can't get over how good the carbon fiber came out. In case your wondering, it's all painted on. Seriously though, what do you guys think?

How did the carbon fiber stripes and tailpanel get painted/applied? I want to do a similar treatment on my Firebird.You would have to talk to my painter. He uses a series of masts(stencils) and his own pattern of spraying the blacks and grays. He said he has had someone try to duplicate it and couldn't. I wasn't there when he was spraying it so I couldn't begin to tell you how he does it. In person, it looks very real. He first did it on his own car and everyone thought it was a decal that he just cleared over. I'm not a paint and body man so it just blows me away how good it looks. There might be other guys out there that can do it, but I know I'm not one of them. I'm also not about to start learning that art. I'll leave that to the experts. If you want to contact him just pm me.

I'm probably going to take it to woodward in the trailer and roll it out at Hydratech's spot at Uncle Ed's where we usually are. I don't care if it's not 100%. We never drive around over there anyway. After that I would really like to have it ready for the Frankenmuth show but we'll see.
