Can I use my 68 frame mounts in a 69?

If this is a Camaro it will work fine.

Any idea what the difference is?

In a repro catalog they look slightly different, but use the same upper mounts. I don't know exactly why they are different.:dunno:

I dont know the difference but I think the factory GM frame mounts have different part numbers for 69 versus 67-68.

69 mounts changed to allow the inlerolocking motor mounts. Not sure what the actual diffences are. Check DavidPozzi's website for details.

Let's put it this way!!

If by mixing and matching stock rubber motor mount thickness's plus BB frame stands so that the overall height is the same between years then use what fits!!

Looking back, my '67 car really need's my stock 6-banger/350 thin and wide rubber mounts vs the new poly lockers I have under my 496 b/c so using them would drop my big engine down probably a 1/2 an inch so I would gain that much header collector flange floorboard clearance!!

But the cheap suckers would rip in two in a heartbeat so I would have to drill and bolt a new pair together before I even installed them right outta the box just like I ended up doing to my old ones way back before the MM recall letter was sent out!!
