late model aluminum master cylinder

I would like to use a aluminum master cyl on my 65 chevelle. A while ago someone had modified an S-10 master cyl. It looked nice but i'd like to know long term. Anyone running one?

I am running one on my chevelle. No modifications were required, but mine is mounted to a hydrobooster. I am pretty sure that they will bolt up in place of your stock unit. They weigh a fraction of the stock unit, and if your into polished parts, they will polish up nicely.
