4spd to T5 swap in 1st gen Firebird

ok, my coworker has a 69 firebird with the pontiac 350 in it, he's wanting to swap in a T5 so he can drive it around more often, well i have the T5 just he needs more info on the swap. does anyone have a website they could give me on the swap for this?

a stock T5 won't live very long behind anything with any kind of power, i beleave there only rated to 280 ft. lbs of torque. he would also need to find a bell houseing to fit the block.
