I found this while looking for dry sump components. An interresting mix. The bug catcher's a bit strange, but I can't fault him for his choice for power.

A prime candidate for a nice, HUGE, "powered by CHEVY" banner.

Enjoy.

The australians are looking for cars like that to do a modern day Mad Max!

I think it's pretty awesome looking. Personally, I would have used an LS engine and not put the bug catcher on it. I dig the flat black paint though. The person is rather good with a camera too.

I think it rather cool. Seems like he did a decent job on all the work too.

I think it's awesome! I'm sure the dry sump was a necessity for packaging, the specs on the engine don't seem too extreme, looks like he made good choices to me for a solid package without going over the top. An LSx engine is too spendy for alot of us, a carbed old school engine is still fun and does the job.

I had a scoop like that on my '69 Camaro when I bought it. I took it off, and regretted it ever since...it gave the car it's personality that I fell in love with when I bought it, once it was gone I didn't feel the same towards the car. Strange how that works.

I'd drive that car to all the import gatherings and drive them nuts!

I have to agree, pretty cool! The first thing that came to my mind was also Mad Max.

Get rid of the exhaust and put a shaker style scoop on it and...why not??? :drive2:

He said pipes dont drag but aftermarket bumper does.
I like the Blitz Black color. I had this color on one hood on my 70 Monte and the Unlimited products Cowl Induction hood scoop.

Those pipes might scrape a bit.

I'm not crazy about the bug-catcher, but the rest looks like it'd be a hoot!
