i went to look at a 1980 malibu, the car is pretty clean except for the rear frame rails. it looks like they have been repared but the person did a terrible job. what is involved in fixing these? about what would it cost to have a shop do it?

I'd just get another frame. A friend & I swapped one in a day on a '79, it's pretty easy and the cars/frames are plentiful.
