Our wait time is running between 4-6 weeks right now on a set of wheels. If anyone is waiting longer than that please let me know so I can look into what's going on.

My "pair" of Bonspeed wheels for the rear took 8 weeks and 5 days to show up wrong!
Sent them back to US Wheel to be fixed, tomorrow is 14 weeks!
Told they might ship end of last week first part of this week.

If they would have been right the first time, they were "right" on schedule, I was quoted 6 to 8 weeks.
That was close enough for me.

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my Forgelines. I expect to see 3 of 4 in the next couple of days. Scott gave me a call and said the powdercoat on one wheel didn't pass their QC. It would take an extra week to get it stripped, re-coated, assembled and shipped. I NEED those fronts to get the brakes back on so I had him ship what he could.
Talk about GREAT customer service, not only did they catch the problem, but they called to tell me about the delay and were willing to ship a partial order. :twothumbs

Yup, no doubt the Forgeline guys are the best. I have never had any problems with Forgelines. As soon as Scott called me about your wheels, before I could say you need to call the customer, he was letting me know you were next on the call list. He cracked me up when he said he knew the Prodigy customers were fussy, and he would not dare send these out. I am sure you will love them. Thanks again.

We're all picky! But it's great to see excellent customer service, I can't wait to see the wheels, but thanks in advance to you and Forgeline for providing excellent customer service and what I can only imagine will be a fantastic product.

I can tell you the Budnik's take time. 8 weeks if you are lucky. Intro and Billet Specialties have been consistent at about 4-6 weeks, and Forgeline in 3-4 weeks. No experience with Bonspeed or Boze for me, but I've heard good and bad about every company. I think you have to consider it order to order, but on average, I have great luck with Billet Specialites being very consistent.

Its been a few years but the last new set I bought from Intro only took just over 4 weeks. The set of Billet Specialties I have on my Olds only took 4 days but they were used :)

OT but you have one of the best wheel / tire / car stance combos I have seen in a while.

Me like.... Get the darn tires on! Don't hold back on the quality there either. You get what you pay for. We need finished pics. Is the interior installed? Will you be able to drive it this summer?

embarrased to say I put up with it - but it took 1 year and $4500 to get my Boyd Crown Jewels. This does include a few months to send the fronts back 4 times! Love the wheels - but a terrible pain in the ass!

Today marks 9 weeks for my Budniks. I was told they would be in last Friday. But, they were not in. I am going to go check at lunch to see if they came in. My rims and tires were $4800. Michelin PS2's and Cobalts.

We can get Fesler wheels in about 2-4 weeks and if you really need wheels fast they have a rush so you can get them in a week, now you pay for that but if you are in a hurry its worth it. I have gotten people wheels in 3-4 days before. Average is about 2 weeks some take 3 weeks alot of it just depends on the finish you go with. If someone is intersted in some three piece wheels just let me know.

YES, we had a hell of a time stripping the bad clear off of those wheels, and getting them through polish and clear coat for the second time. They will be done this week. I was at clear today, and they were working on them. Weird, your wheels were the only ones to have a problem with clear, every other wheel has clear coated just fine. Sorry for the delay, sometimes these things happen.

Thanks Jon, I know those wheels must seem more like a millstone right now...lets hope the new clearcoat sticks really well and looks perfect. Cross my fingers ( and my toes) that they turn out awesome this time!

Thanks for bringing me up to date, I appreciate it!

No problem, just wanting to make sure you are happy with the end result. We really want the finish in the clear coat to be at its best.
