Hey guys - anyone thinking of hitting OBI this Sunday 6/24? I'll probably be heading down as will Pete his DartGT - anyone else up for a ride?

Anything to do tonite out your way ? I am stuck in Garden City for a 3:30Pm meeting, be done by 5:30 and want to avoid traffic for a few hours

Actually yea... there's the Bellmore train station - generally starts around that time and generally has a good showing. If your in Garden City it's about 35-40 minutes east.

I'm without a car, so I'll only be there in spirit.

I didn't know that Bellmore was still going on; I thought they shut it down a few years back. I haven't been there in 4 years or so, but back in the day, that was a really cool cruise night.

bellmore does still go on and OBI is packed by 7 or 7:30. also saturday night at Kolhs on comack rd and grand blvd in deer park is a good place. If you want to go to the north shore and hang with biily joel ( no music )in oysterbay on tuesday that's another cool place to go about 5 to 10pm

Where in Oysterbay? 25A is a nice drive and runs straight into Oysterbay; that would be a fun cruise.

take 25a east to 106 north into town or 25a east to cove rd north takes you right into the show they charge 3or 4 dollars- good place's to eat right by the cars

Oh, I didn't realize it was just into the town. I go to school at C.W. Post, so it's right there. Mario's Pizzeria in Oyster Bay is pretty good (at least for being outside of Brooklyn) :).
