Isn't it beautiful. It's a 79. I'm looking for project names as well. My wife is a teacher and she showed the pictures to her first graders and one of them gave me the nickname Troy Dirt. I like it. I bought it in the middle of the ghetto. When we pulled into the driveway to look at it, a guy was trying to break into the garage with a 2X4. It was the guy renting the house, he said he lost his key. Anyway, I got the car home! My wife and I were joking about how many dead bodies we would find in the trunk, so when we opened it up it smelled so bad of something dead that we closed it up real quick and I haven't opened it since. The interior is rough, except the awesome custom wrapped steering wheel. I'm pretty sure it was a GM test vehicle for the first air bag prototype. The engine is nothing special. The body needs some work and the floor pans and trunk are shot. My wonderful wife's first thought "If the trunk and floors are bad, we should just tub it" I started to cry I was so happy!!!

Put that custom steering wheel on e-bay, wait....sell the rights to Billet Specialties, Budnik or Boyd, they could design an awesome wheel to match!!:moon: Ha, Ha!!

Oh my! Call it GLUTTON, as in glutton for punishment. You've got some work to do.

ja rly. makes me feel like i need a nap.

I love the absolutely perfect decklid underside!

I say clean up the underside and inside, leave the outside, put a sick drivetrain in it, and call it D.I.R.T-- your Diamond-In-The-Rough-Toy.

I reached inside to turn the wheel so I could actually drag it out of the garage it was in and started dying laughing when I saw the foam padding. I may keep it in there so I can skip on the new seat belts and use the money on bodywork.

The underside of the decklid is beautiful. My wife said to just wax it and bolt in on upside down.

I'm going to put one of the Z28 spoilers on it and airbrush "If you don't like America you can kiss my A$$" so it will class it up a little.

The Punisher.

The real question, is it you or the car who is being punished for you owning it?
