I have a 68 RS Camaro. I have heard about conversion kits to convert the 68-69 vacuum style headlight system to a new electrical system. I think Reggie Jackson's LSX 69 Camaro had such a conversion.
Does anyone know where a kit is sold or who makes them? Anyone ever done this conversion? How did it work? What kind of quality? I am basically trying to avoid replacing vacuum RS parts and ending up with an unreliable dated system.

www.retro-electro.net (http://www.retro-electro.net) and www.detriotspeed.com (http://www.detriotspeed.com) have the kits you are looking for and are among the best on the market.

I have used both kits and I like them equally since they both work very well. The only difference to me is the Retro Electro is more for a stock type install for those wanting more oem look to an original car. The Detriot Speed units are more for Pro-Touring type cars, IMO.
