What can be done to improve all around fuel delivery from a stock appearing fuel system?

I'd love to buy a stainless replacement tank and improve it against slosh and baffling. Is it possible to buy fuel cell foam bigg enough to trim to fit through an access panel in top? If you were going to add baffles what works?

Where to get a stainless replacement stock tank for a 68 F-body?:nopity:

Donovan,
Can't answer your question on the foam, but I was thinking of buying a new tank for my 67 and cutting a "window" in it to install baffles.
Another thought I had was, the 87 Chevy trucks w/FI had a plastic baffle epoxied to the bottom of the tank. Thought of getting one and cutting doen to fit, but if I have to cut that big of a hole, I could just weld in steel baffles.

One of the site sponsors here sells replacement stainless tanks. I think improved baffling is in option.

Plastic baffle huh? It seems a window large enough would be big.

I think a steel baffle would also serve as a great place to mount a submersible pump.
