I just wanted to say thanks to CarlC for the hidden spring adjusters info on his site.
I used the hidden adjusters and #750 lb springs.
I only had to remove them once to get the ride hight I wanted.

Hi Carl,
I used these from Speedway http://www.speedwaymotors.com/p/3389,154_Adjustable-Hidden-Spring-Shim-Extended.html
and Tru-coil 750 lb springs.
I also welded a stud to the top of the Helix.
I got the ride height where I wanted with 3.5 turns out.
