I recently purchased a set of eibach springs for my 67 chevelle the new springs are pigtailed on one end but not on the other. The old factory springs were pig tail on both ends. I think the spring cup up top will hold the unpigtailed spring. Have any of you guys ran into this. Please help

I double checked the part # on the eibach site I supposedly have the right ones????

The upper spring seat will accept the non-pigtailed end (64-66 style rear spring), I have it that way on mine, fits with no problems so far. I haven't driven it yet since the body is off the frame, but the spring fits in the seat quite nicely.

I had the same issue on my 70. The original's were pigtailed on both ends, but the new ones were not. The open end fits nicely on the top seat. I have been running them this way for about a year with no problems at all.
