Made in CA (should have been drop-shipped to me),sent to an address in Kingston NY where it was intercepted...sent back towards Cali but instead of Salinas, mistakenly sent to San Luis Obipso (one digit off on the zip) then re-intercepted and finally re-directed to me here in Salinas.John from Scooters was most helpful but after awhile,it just became a comedy of errors. He got it straightened out though, they've only been on the truck since 5/7...

Those are sweet looking valve covers. Are they available for big blocks?
Don't feel bad about waiting since 5/7. I ordered a stainless gas tank from Rick's Hot Rod Shop back in Feb (I think, it's been so long now I can't remember the exact date). When it arrived 6 weeks later, I opened it to find the side dented in from the caring hands at UPS. :crying:
I sent it back to Rick's for repair (their dime), and they decided to make an all new tank, add in 6 more weeks. There was a mistake and it had to be made a third time. Supposedly it's going to arrive on Thursday. I doubt it, but I'm trying to be hopeful! :fingersx:
So waiting two weeks sucks, but it ain't that bad! :)

I think the covers look great, your computer looks like mine, your desk is too clean, and your calender too free. : )
How are you going to baffle them?

Only part I haven't figured out.I'm running hoses through the fenders into a vented catch can mounted in the drivers front fender.

www.carbonfibervalvecovers.com these were $339/pr shipped.
Last issue of CHP had a piece on a composite intake which looked screaming...but it retails for $850.

We do make LT-1 covers thanks for posting the pictures John. I cant wait to see them on your truck. The cover below show both small block styles. I need to update the pics because we no longer put any logos on the cover and they come with a black anodized oil fill cap installed in them now.
