Belt noise

I'm trying to figure out how to shut my serpine belt up, its starts after a couple mins running, I've loosened ,tightened , the only thing that works is if something is sprayed on to it ie water , wd 40 , etc.Its a street and perfomance kit for LT1.

If its slipping try a gentle rub with some wet n dry on the pulleys to give it some bite.
